If i click the drop down, want to show the sign-out & other option.

Hi All,

I've sign-out button action to close the current .qvw file but i want display the sign-out button from  drop down(down triangle) .

If i click the drop down, then only it will show the sign-out  & other option. other-wise it hides the options & only display the drop down.

Is this possible in qlikview?

if possible, then how can i do this?

Hi prakash,

you can do it, but the buttons themselves cannot do it.

You have to make a small inline_table with all the options you want to display.

=´> Then create a number of field_level_triggers in the doc_properties for that field (a trigger "upon change", I guess) and add the actions to them, nested inside a check for the currently selected value.

I'm not quite sure that will work, but try it out. Otherwise it'll have to be a bit more complex.
