Ignore filters to calculate (Sub)total based on 1 dimension with set state

Hi Folks,

I'm struggling to find the right solution to my problem.

I need to calculate a subtotal of sales (Total Net Distribution Sales) based on a dimension (Global BU) and inclusive of a set state (Period1) - ignoring all other filters

The below does the trick with regards to dimension and set state, but is still impacted by other filters

=sum( TOTAL {Period1*<[Global BU]=$::[Global BU]>} [Total Net Distr Sales])

Can you help?
