Image representation in a chart - works in IE but not Chrome/Firefox

Hoping there is a simple explanation/fix for this one.  After upgrading from 11 to 12, images (for example, a red traffic light image) that we have used for years are now not showing up in charts on Chrome and Firefox.  It still works fine in IE, but thats it.  And this is not a case of where the path name of the image has changed....that is exactly the same.  (eg.   D:\Dashboards\Red.png  is the path where the red traffic light exists)

But in Chome/Firefox, instead of seeing the actual image, I only see the text path  D:\Dashboards\Red.png

Please help...im hoping its just something as simple as a checkbox called "Enabling image representation in qlikview 12" or something along those lines.
