QV Macros are using the Windows Scripting Host and via that the two built-in/standard Windows OS provided scripting languages JScript and VBScript. These languages support the integration with other Windows programs that are providing a Windows Automation (formerly known as OLE Automation) interface like Microsoft Office and countless of other Windows applications.
So yes QV Macros can still use VBScript and JScript to connect to the object model of any Office version like Office 2013. The Object Model in Office 2013 might have changed a little bit so it might be that some QV Macros needs to be modified to work properly - but I do think that it is highly unlikely and that Microsoft has only added some minor features to the object model of Office.
