Is there any way to make values start at the Y axis, instead of offset?

My charts currently look like this:

Note the gap between the Y axis and the start of the data.  Is there any way to eliminate this gap?

By comparison, the relevant setting in Excel is "Axis position: On tick marks" as opposed to "Between tick marks":

This was asked at least once before (community.qlik.com/message/418011), but the workaround described does not work in my case.  Specifically, while setting the axis type as "Continuous" and manually setting "Static min" does eliminate the gap, but the "continuous" setting causes QlikView to disregard number formatting, so dates are presented as integers.  Setting a static minimum value without checking "continuous" does not eliminate the gap.  I'm hoping there's a setting which addresses this, rather than just a workaround.

I'm using QlikView 11.20 SR8 64-bit.

Thank you!
