So I'm using Qlikmap in one of my analysis in an App built in Qlikview 12, it works fine for me and my co-workers both in desktop and Access Point.
One of our customers are saying they can't see the map, it does not even load. When they came over to our office, we've tried opening the App, it worked fine.. But they can't seem to be able to use it on their work environment. I've asked them to try it out on their houses (thinking it might be the network blocking it), but customer claims it's not working out for them even on other networks.
