We are having issue with on-demand Nprinting reporting.
Issue: When we generate the report from the dashboard, the on-demand report (PPT/PDF) is not working, we are getting the error message on the objects as 'No data found'.
Note : When we generate from the NPrinting designer, it is working fine without any issue.One of the dashboard having NPrinting on demand is working fine on the same server, hence we don't think it's a license issue.
Please could you advise on this issue.
