Issues with chart not showing plan name

For the second chart in the qlikview document, I would like to show incurred charges by primary plan name. Right now, I have two expressions to separate incurred charges in FY12 and FY13. I added Primary Plan Name as a dimension and promoted it but I want to see it in the legend, not on the x axis. I basically want to show by month and by FY the incurred charges by primary plan name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

• First, why wouldn't you use set analysis instead of IF statements:

             (sum({<[FY]= {'12'}>} [HB Transaction Amount]))+(sum({<[FY]= {'12'}>} [PB Chg Amt]))

•      Since your FY = 13 has only one month of data (July), you might not be able to see it - use Values on Data Points check.
• To see Primary Plan in the legend you should promote it.

If I promote the primary plan then it becomes my horizontal access. I want to see the primary plan in the legend and the chg service month on the x-axis.

So, you need to see Primary Plan selection whether it's Embassy or Insurance..., correct?

Yep, that's correct. The set analysis formula was helpful too.
