We have an obligation towards customers to deliver reports on a monthly basis and the customers range from very small to very large.
Since qlikview isn't really designed to be a static reporting tool I've been having some problems getting the reports to
1: Look good, meaning that it's quite hard to place objects in line because you can't wrap text in the description and the legend moves dynamically.
2. To be dynamic when it comes to layout. Meaning that a horizontal bar graph for a small customer with, for example not as many subdivisions as a large customer looks terrible because it scales automatically so that the bars become extremely wide for the customer with few subdivisons. For large customers I can't get the graph to span over multiple pages.
Anyone have any ideas or maybe examples of how you can get around these issues and be able to design a pdf report that is presentable for customers?
