Licence issue

Hello Qlik folks,

Its little strange one of my users was not able to see DB in access point even when selected all, when I checked my end she has access to all 4 DB (users cals) and in QMC i see attached, marked yellow is the one she is not able to see, the only Diffrence is section access but all other 200 ppl has no issue accessing same db.

any ideas?  appreciated Capture.PNG

Maybe this user is not (properly) listed within the section access or the windows active directory settings to this application denieds the access (maybe there is a membership to a certain usergroup missing).
