Licensing - No apps in portal after switching from NamedCal to DocCal

Hi community

I changed the licens for one of my users from NamedCal to DocCal to a specific app. He now reports that he don't see any apps in the portal. His image is like this:

Any clues to what can be wrong?

Best regards

Ok

In this case.

Go to folder where your QlikView Application is placed   --> Right Click on QlikView Document --> Properties --> Security tab --> Edit --> Add --> add user here.

restart services once.

User Documents->Select the qvw ->Document CAls(tab), here you have to add CALs to users.

Hi,

Can you tell me what kind of security you use?

Do you have publisher?

Or how do you distribute your Document/Application

Hi, I have assinged DocCals to the correct user. No other security than licenses. (Its a secure Intranet)

No, dont have publisher.

For all other users everything works, only the guy that I canged from NamedCal to DocCal that has this issue.
