List Box Selections

Hi All,

I am having a list box which is having some ten fields. My requirement is whenever i open the qvw all the fields in the list box should be highlighted by default(check boxes selected). Can you please tell me how to do this.

select all the fields and create a book mark and apply book mark via triggers on open ...

it gives u exct

go to the document properties-->Triggers-->On open<Has Actions>-->Edit Action

apply save your document and open it again you will get output like below:

Hi,

Or you can simply select all the values in the field and save it.

I think Select In Field Action with * is the best option, because whenever you get the new values you don't need to update anywhere, if you use bookmark you have to update it when there is new values.
