List box always one selected value.

Hello Community,

i have a list box  with only two values, "Dollar" and "Local", i have checked "always one selected value" in the list box.

always one currency will be selected...

but when i open the application in access point , always "Local" become selected by default, i want to select "dollar" by default.

i can do this by using a "select in field" trigger, but i don't want to use trigger.

my question is why qlikview select "local" by default,

even i tried to change the sort order, but no luck, it always select "local" by default..

what will be the logic behind that. how can i select dollar by default.??

Many Thanks

Khan

try this/

1. just delete your listbox and create a new listbox

3. select your selection and then go to properties to check always one selected value.

4. save your application (.qvw)

5. go to your accesspoint and then try to clear all

Untick Always one value selected

Now Clear All

Now Select dollar

Now again tick Always one value selected.

Hi,

Could be when you are saving your QVW , you have selected "Local" , try selecting dollar , save the qvw  , run it and  check on access point again.

Thanks,
