Load Excel File from Share POint

I am trying to load the Excel file from Share Point.  I am using the Web Files option. I copied the URL of the excel file from  the browser  and pasted the link in Web File /INternet File, but its not picking up the Excel File.

What am I doing wrong. am I not picking the right URL.
