Maintenance Renewal

Hi Everybody

Can anyone tell me what the drawbacks for not renewing your annual maintenance is? Will I still have access to the Qlik Community etc.?

You don't need to be a customer / partner to create a login account and access the Qlik community.

Maintenance is only affecting product support by Qlik, free upgrades, etc.

Thanks for your feedback. When you say Qlik support, please can you be a bit more specific. Can you also advise when version 12 was released?

QlikView 12 was released in December 2015.

So, if you were to stop your maintenance support today, you will be able to run QlikView 12, but not be able to update it with QlikView 12 SR1 or later when they get released.

And if you identify some issues or bugs with QlikView, you won't have Qlik support available for assistance.
