Maps in Qlikview?

Good Morning;

     Maps are not a native function in Qlikview, i tried using google maps from a document i found in the community, however i was not successful.  I got some sort of demo from GeoAnalytics however my leadership does not want to have to purchase something they feel should have been included.  Is there some sort of extension or directions on an easier way to get a world wide map built into qlikview?

I have attached the document i used

Hi,

As you mentioned maps are not native chart type in QlikView and could be embedded using extensions like QlikMaps or Qlik GeoAnalytics (former Idevio maps), also you can embed map as bubble chart using Google API, but it's very limited approach. You could consider moving to Qlik Sense as an option, especially now, when the functional gap almost eliminated.

Hope this helps.
