MouseOver Option not working in Qlikview

I have created a normal bar graph that shows the percentage of a fraction. The requirement is to allow the end user to be able to see the numerator and denominator values when hovering over the chart. While this functionality works in the developer tool it does not work in the webviewer version. We run the version 11 of qlikview. A picture of the functionality that I am using is provided below:

How did you achieve to display numerator and denominator separately when trying to hover over the bars? I have a similar requirement and trying to figure this out?
