Can Anybody Give the Solution for my Web Page Application Not Open its Showing like No Connection

make sure to set the services properties "automatic startup" so that they start automatically. And make sure the right user is running the services.

User Daily will see the Updated Data with Application, but when ever user trying to open to see the web applicatin showing like No Connection,

Its working now, my colleague was relolved the issue, i am not installed Licence
