How can I send PDF Reports by Email with QVP ?

I saw a video on youtube : Creating a Report and Using PDF Distribution

That's not works !!

Hello and sorry for bother but, using your file I can see that PDF reports can be sent out of my domain but, is it possible to send the same PDF reports to users who dont have a Qlikview license? I mean, I have a manager who has a QV license but he wants to send a reports to his direct report who does not have a QV license.
