Need help very urgently for pivot.

Hi All , I have created the pivot table , you can see the structure in attached excel .

It has child , parent relationship , now the last row which is yellow color is the summation of all value , but this value created in scripting not in pivot .

So I want to make a straight or pivot table which only show the Last line you can see in next sheet.

I have tried to make but it is summing the total as well as all the values .

Please help need urgently , for client requirement.

Hi,

There will be no use of pivot table or any chart if you just want to show last row that show totals.

For that u can place 3 text box aligned to display like a row and then show total values in that text boxes.

No Actually I just want a result which is the last line of my pivot sheet , but if u see tha list line is also coming under total net sales . so when we do sum(Value) it will again sum up the same value  so it will give the value about 476. but this is wrong .

I just want  --- In a new table /Staight Table /Pivot Whatever.

Why do you create sum of all values in script? If you don't create then use Sum(Value) in St table

If Child1 is empty for summation row, then try this

Sum(If(Len(Trim(Child1))>0, Value))

Didn't understood your requirement.. you want only  total to show or want to remove one of the totals coming in chart?
