Need to place current month value into next consecutive month

Hi All,

              I have the requirement, like current month value should be placed to next consecutive month  when the dates difference is more than 30.

Suppose

Joining date is 10the May 2011 and Closed date is 26 Jun 2011 and salary is 100, i will create  month based on joining date so may i will get 100 the same value should come for june also because the dates difference is 47.

Output should be:

                 Month

Empid

111              May     Jun

                    100     100

Please let me know in case you need any more information on it and iam attaching the sample data files also.

the datediff is not part of the solution i created it when i tried diffrent approch
