Need to show only those first cases which falls under criteria

Hello Qlik Gurus,

I am looking to get only those cases which scheduled Mon to Fri between 8:30 to 9 am and on Wednesday between 8:30 to 10 am. 
I need to exclude those "Red" highlighted once even though they are 1st cases but do not fall under "Mon to Fri between 8:30 to 9 am and on Wednesday between 8:30 to 10 am"


Expression which i have in 2nd screen shot :

Based on my expression i get 17 but in reality i need to get 13 rows.
"Delay" dimension is actually excluding those records which started less than 10 min ... i am trying to add some logic in this set analysis so i could just get those values which falls under "Mon to Fri between 8:30 to 9 am and on Wednesday between 8:30 to 10 am""
