Why can't you use a Pivot Table chart where subgrouping of your products, materials and submaterials is possible.

Hello Hassam,

I am not 100% sure on what you are trying to do here?

Are you trying to simply reproduce the table as you see it in excel? If so, then load this into QlikView as a table and then you can use a standard table object to represent this data.

Please correct me if I have misunderstood what you require.

Firstly, i would like to thanks for the quick replies.

Sorry, i was unable to describe my requirements.

Basically this is a dummy data.

My requirement is that i want to create a multi level bill of materials with respect to their quantity stock analysis.

Lets say if i want to see that my Finish product which is "250017" have two sub products which is required to create a finished product but as you can see that "261002" is a semi finished product and also does have some materials which are required to create "261002" and so on. Each Order# represents a BOM# (Which is unique), but the hierarchical view is not maintained in a single BOM order so i had to try it by going first picking the Finished Product then go to its details and see if is there any Semi finished product then i have to take that finished product and see if it does have any other products.

I have tried hierarchy, hierarchybelongsto and recursion tree but i was unable to get the desired results.

I would be really thank full to you if you could help.

The materials which are in Table A are Finished products and Semi finished products, each of the semi finished product could contain a raw_material or semi finished product which contains the information in another Bom# or Order#.
