Negative Time with IntervalMatch

It's possible to make the Intervalmatch function recognizes negatives hh:mm:ss? The first range of Load Inline below only recognizes the positive intervals ...

Intervals:

load * inline

Time_Start ,Time_End,DSC_INTERVAL

-01:00:00,-02:00:00, -1 Hour

00:00:00,01:00:00, 1 Hours

01:00:01,02:00:00, 2 Hours
