Number of days between dates based on reason

Hi All,

i'm trying to calculate number of days between clock start and stop dates based on the reason provided in the reason column.

Clock start for the very first time with reason 'Validate/Start page.' and finally stops when the reason is 'Approved'. In between these two reasons the clock stops and start multiple times. The reset and start reason for the clock are 'Clock reset' and 'Further information/modification requested'. Following is an example of that:

Days calculation between (2/8/2016 and 2/25/2016) + (2/26/2016 and 2/29/2016)+ so on

Can someone help in calculating the number of days based on the above scenario. I have attached sample data in the excel.
