Object ID

Hi all

I am working on an application which crashed yesterday losing 5 hours work.

Have restarted my work saving in steps and it has crashed again.

I believe the reason is due to one of the object ID's I am using for a list box.

Have used "SE1" and the application crashed just after this.

I get "File has been updated since last save" type message and thereafter cannot open file.

Has anyone encountered this type of thing before?

The reason of crash you guess seems to be very unlikely. Try to give it another ID and save. How does it go? Try some more testing with different changes and find a possible pattern that would help you identify the reasonable reason of the crash.

I agree with tresesco‌ ...renaming the ID s should not cause this because I have done it many times ...I didn't faced the issue...try to check the other causes ..like the process ...data getting pulled
