Open link popup header

Hi, I'm using from Access Point a "open url" action, and when I click on the link a popup saying that the "requested content has been opened in another window" includes a header with some logos of the company of near 900px which overlaps the popup itself so it looks quite bad ...

My question is, where is this standard popup format is defined in order to delete its header?
