I am struggling thinking through where to start on this one.
Hi Kevin,
For the extraction of the data, it would need at least a REST API from Mint Finance to extract the data, or some sort of export of data to a text file or other format that Qlik (View or Sense) can read.
The categorization process would have to be done by yourself, or in the Mint software.
The question wasn't so clear so its kind of hard to help.
Felipe.
Ok that is helpful. I am currently pulling an excel exportable list of transactions but I will need to manually add or create a macro ito semi-automate additional records that do not naturally come through like taxes.
Thank you!
If there's a way to categorize them (as to some field being the description or a code) you could automate it in Qlik.
Example: Code Axxxx gives transaction amount, Bxxxx gives taxes or something like that.
If you do it manually, there's a rule your applying for the classification as tax and so forth and you could translate it in Qlik.
