Pivot table sorting

Hi All,

I'm having a pivot table. Dimensions are Customer Name, Product. Expression sum(Billed_Amt).

I want sorting to happen based on customer name. When there is collision in customer name. i.e when more than one customers are present then sorting need to be on descending order of sum(Billed_Amt).. How do I implement this??

Is it neccessary to use Pivot table ?

other wise use Straight table is better in sorting

Hi,

In the Sort tab, check Sort By Y value and select descending in drop down.

Sort by Y- value is not enabled in my case.
