Pivot table with two dimensions, calculation question

Hi all -

I have a question that I haven't been able to find the answer for here in the community.  I have a pivot table with two dimensions, business unit and employee.  I would like to add a calculation that shows the percentage of business unit (BU) sales that the employee makes up. 

For example:

BU	Employee	Sales	% of Sales
A		1000.00	100%
	John Doe	750.00	75%
	Jane Smith	250.00	25%
B		5000.00	100%
	James Jones	1000.00	20%
	Greg Smith	3000.00	60%
	Jane Johnson	1000.00	20%

Is this possible?  I can only seem to get the % of the overall total not the BU total.
