Pivot table

Hi Friends,

I have pivot table in my attached QV doc.

Screenshot_1.png

My Provision B/F Column (1)represent to total of PROV_Amount  less than PR_YM period and as shown above result is ok. But when I make selection in PD _MY  figures in 1st column disappear as shown below

Kindly look into my attached Qv doc and help to correct the issue please.

Then ignore selection in PD_YM

Sum({<PR_YM = {"<$(=MAX(PR_YM))"}, PD_YM>} PROV_AMOUNT)

For PD-YM 201905 calculated value is 0 even in the first case. I couldn't see any issue.

Thanks

Why then Provision B/F is 0 in second case please ?

What exactly are you hoping to see when you select 201905 in PD_YM? I mean do you want to ignore selection of PD_YM for your PROVISION B/F expression?

Then ignore selection in PD_YM

Sum({<PR_YM = {"<$(=MAX(PR_YM))"}, PD_YM>} PROV_AMOUNT)
