Hi,
I'm trying to calculate percentage from the partial sum in a pivot table, like the example shown below, but I am not able to do it in Qlikview:
Sum of Counter | Column Labels | |||
Row Labels | Fair | Good | Poor | Grand Total |
Fair | 66,7 % | 22,2 % | 11,1 % | 100,0 % |
6 | 2 | 1 | 9 | |
Good | 23,5 % | 41,2 % | 35,3 % | 100,0 % |
4 | 7 | 6 | 17 | |
Poor | 100,0 % | 100,0 % | ||
1 | 1 | |||
Grand Total | 10 | 10 | 7 | 27 |
How can I use the partial sum for dim 1 to calulate the distribution for dim 2 in percentages in stead of absoulte numbers? Does anybody have any ideas?
In this post I have enclosed an app and the data file for the app. I have borrowed the example from this post:
the qv file attached
id that you need?
Hi, thanks for input but no;
this is a fraction of total sales, not sub totals for dim 1. This is the examples I have found and further developed to the app enclosed in my post
Now?
Yes, the 3rd table there is exctly what I'm looking for!
