Problem on QMC mail alert

Hi all, We ve lots of tasks on qmc; and we want to get mail if any failure or sth. I made smtp settings on mail server; and also i tried sending test mail to me, and it seucceded. I mean i think smtp settings works; and i put my e mail adress to distribution service->Alert mail. But when a task failure, there is no mail in my inbox. On the log of distribtuoin service i see these lines ; "20161110T132802.105+0300 Information Sending Alert mail 20161110T132802.420+0300 Warning Failed to send mail to b.....@.....com" If anyone has an idea about this, i ll be appreciate to read that. Hi Kaushik, Thanks for reply, i checked all post but i does not work for me. On the post correct answer is about making correst smtp settings and insert to alert side, which i already did. I already made my smtp settings correctly (i can send test email succesfully) and i restarted qmc and distrbituoin services, and stil cant get task failiure mail. But thanks again. Regards,
