Hello,
In the document attached as I can do to make me correctly calculate total pivot table. He is taking intoaccount the record that I have withheld making the entire line return null values to be suppressed.
Regards, Daniel
Hi Daniel,
That happens when you use a conditional instead of an aggregation expresion, because it has to compare row by row. Go to the chart properties, Expressions tab and click the "Sum of Rows" in "Total Mode", that will return the totals as expected.
Hope that helps.
Miguel
This attachment is that my other case that will not let me change.
A greeting.
Hi Daniel,
As discussed, pivot tables don't allow that Total Mode:

Though you may use AGGR() functions to make an expression that´s behave like the "sum of rows" available in Straight Table.
This file exemplify the use of aggr to simulate an "Sum of Rows" total from a straight table on a pivot table.
