QVW doesnt save all data

I have an unusual problem with a qvw file.

I have a qvw file with the sales of our stores. Some stores do not have sales but they have budget, for those cases, in the database records with 0 are inserted and they can be represented in the qvw.

My problem is that after loading the qvw stores with sale 0 are stored and their budget but when the access point is accessed there is no information of those stores. If I open the file directly in the qlikview server with qlikview desktop does not shows the information of those stores. The only way of making visible that information is by reloading, once the file is saved once again the information gets lost once again.

I think your application seems to have section access and the security field seems to be unavailable for the budgeted data which is causing those rows to get dropped off
