QlikView Compatibility with Windows 10

Hello All,

Recently I have upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 and I am able to open the QlikView application from Access point. When I am taking any of the list box or create any object, I am unable to move the object to any other place.

I have also checked the QlikView system requirement document but nowhere Windows 10 is mentioned.

Could you please let me know if Qlikview 11 is compatible with Windows 10?

Hi,

For server its not compatible, only QlikView Desktop is supported by windows 10.

You need to Install Qlik Server on windows2012.

In my environment Desktop is Windows 10 and Server Windows 2012, each one installed with your version, respectively, and work good.

Hello Ashfaq,

My Qlikview Server is installed on Window Server 2008 R2. You mean to say that first I need to upgrade the windows version to 12 where my QlikView server is installed. Post upgrade, it will start working.

But windows installed on my users machine is Windows 10. Can you please clear my doubt on different version of windows installed at user and server end impacts the accessibility?

I'm not sure what king of configuration you are using.

Make sure you have same version of Qlikview server and desktop installed respectively.

If QlikView desktop is not installed on your client machine, and if you just use this machine for accessing Qlikview application via web server. In this case it should work fine.

In case if it is not working, Try to open a support case with Qlik.
