I have the data in the attached XLS and i want to distribute the data based on. PPT attached. Can any one help me.I have pointed two rows in the PPT

Your .pptx indicates you are looking for Min, Avg and Max values by Month. If so, simply change the Sum(Healthy) to Min(Healthy), Avg(Healthy) and Max(Healthy). (do the same for Challenge, Danger and Trending)

Else, what is it you are trying to do?
