QlikView app doesn t open in Chrome

Hello, i have a problem with opened qlikview app in Chrome or other browser. When i clik on app preview, the app not open and i have that image and it s finish. In IE browser app open without problems. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Problem in owr lisenses, i find string in lef code:

DISABLE_AJAX;YES;;

I thing, that because of this i can t open app from browsers.

i use QV 11.2 SR5, SBE licence, but in lef code i see next row:

DISABLE_AJAX;YES;;

I think, that problem in this item
