Qlikview 10 SR4 upgrade license issues: Access denied out of CALs

We've just upgraded our Qlikview server to QV10 SR4 (9227) and now we're experiencing license issues with 2 of our documents.

When opened through the access point, the following error is thrown:

Access Denied! The server ... is currently out of SESSION and USAGE CALs. If the problem persists, please contact you system administrator!

Only after having applied the update to QV10 SR4 we get this error.

The error applies on several documents which even have no section access or document cals!

We're using the distribute to folder option, but all required groups are included in the distribution.

We're suspecting at the moment that this concerns a bug in the QV10 SR4 release, because QV10 SR3 did not throw this error.

Can anybody please suggest an anwser to this issue?

Try deleting your PGO files after you stop QV services. Restrat of services should create new PGO files for you. Make sure to extract list of license assigned, as you may need to reassign them manually after new PGO files are created.

I've spoken with someone of Qlikview Support and he confirmed that this is a bug.

It's probably going to be corrected in the next SR (QV10 SR5?)
