Qlikview 9 DSC disconnected

I am currently running Qlikview 9 and the DSC won't connect, it used to work fine, but only the last few weeks it has stopped working. I have tried given the service domain access, but it already had it, restarting the server and services and tried removing the service_key file and tried reapplying the license. But none of this has helped. I really don't won't to reinstall the Qlikview Server, so I am desperate for suggestions.

Ok just checked the log file for DSC and the last statement read "No persisted dsc workorder found:", and then it just stops, I tried searching for this but I can't find anything.
