Qlikview Decimal Value Anomaly

We have recently discovered an issue with loading numbers with decimal values.  It appears that certain numbers when load into Qlikview are not stored as expected.  an example is 64.01.  This value when displayed will look ok until you override the format to Fixed to 14 decimals.  At this point the number is 64.01000000000001.  This anomaly is consistent  and does not matter how the data is loaded, either inline, odbc, external flat file.  Coping the data table to a text editor shows all of the values that have this anomaly but export does not as the data get cleaned up.  Below is a screen shot of some of the data.  Attached is Qlikview app that demonstrates the issue.  Does anyone know why this is happening for any know issues that can attribute to this.

All numbers are load with just 2 decimal points.  One set of numbers is load by using an autogenerate.  The other using an inline load.  Each has the same affect.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I think this should explain most of your issue:
