Qlikview End-User basic training document

Does anyone have a basic training document that they can share? Simple concepts of selecting, bookmarks, alerts, exporting, copying objects.

I know it's not good to reply to old posts, but I'm currently working on implementing QV reporting across a whole market (not just internally within our company).
