The Oracle table that should be receiving content doesn't seem to exist.
So either you will have to get your DBA to create the table for you or you can checkmark the option "Create Missing Table" in the Write Table operator. The latter requires that the account running the Expressor Dataflow has the necessary rights on the Oracle database to create tables.
