One of our clients is having problems getting Qlikview IOS app to work over 3/4G through Air-watch to deliver the app securely between the Trust and the mobile device.
We have spoken with Air-watch and have checked our settings. The Qlikview app works over Wifi but not 3/4G. I have tried another app and it works perfectly through Air-watch over 3/4G and WIFI which is making us believe there is something going on with the Qlikview app.
Have you experienced this problem before and do you have any solution/recommendation that we can try?
we have a client who is trying to use the IPad Mobile app v 2.4 via Air-watch.
They can successfully connect from IPad / IPhone via safari / chrome over WIFI and 4g, but using the Mobile app, they can only connect over Wi-Fi, when attempting to connect via 4g they get the following error:
Error Contacting Server
We do have a case open # 01006757, but are getting nowhere fast.
Can you offer any advice, or indeed confirm that “Mobile App > Air Watch > 4 g” is actually a supported configuration
