Qlikview in ipads

Hi,

I'm using ajax to connect qlikview via my application.

It is working fine in desktops and laptops. but it is not working in ipads/iphones.

when it try to connect the report  it gives white screen.

but when i go to access point and type username and password it loads the reports in ipads.

so i think there is a problem in my user authentication in ipads.

Please help me.

Your request is not clear.

How do you connect with your IPAD. Do you use Qlikview APP or any other browser?

Yo mean it works if you try with safari browser.

and does not work if you use QlikView APP from store.

Is this the case?

Where you have problem, connecting with QlikView APP or SAFARI?

by the way have you tried opening through Chrome instead of Safari or the app?

Hi,

Then its clear that chrome has some issue using Qlikview Report.

Which may be fixed in future.

May be you can try upgrading to SR6.

or

Simple use any other browser.
