Qlikview server Installation Issue

Hi Folks ...

I'm trying to install qlikview server

able to do the installation and now the issue is when i open the QMC to add the license key then it show as the local host refused to connect.

Attached screen as displayed .

And also Services not able to Start/Stop them in the previous post for reference Services Status not able to Start/Stop 

Note:- Restarted the machine after installation done

are you logged in With qvuser? is this qvuser a member of Administrator and Qlikview Administrator?

Hello Staffan ...Yes logged as qvuser

this user should be with administrative rights ???

Kindly check the attached screen for user access and let me know what type of rights to be selected

could you have a look at the various logs in qlik directory ?

or in Windows event viewer ?

Complete controll, qvuser must have all right that is possible on the server.

also check "Local users and Groups" add qvuser in Group Qlikview Administrators.
