Hi,

Not understand fully, But, May be this one?

Document Properties -> Security -> Check Show All Sheets and Objects

or

Ctrl + Shift + S

you can remove the unwanted objects

i need the objects how can i delete, any other way of reusing the same object?

are you wanting to physically delete objects from your qvw, need to know how to hide/show them, or find a way to use objects more efficiently

Is the issue too many objects, tto many sheets or both

only in one sheet i m using 200 objects, if i delete the object then i wont meet the requirement,

Actually if user selecting one item from list box the required chart has to appear and if he click on the text box chart will disappear and required chart will be displayed , so like that it went almost 200 objects as per the requirement, so i  need to reduce the objects and i have to meet the requirements

Use show conditional option on object  properties - layout page. Define your condition on the basis of which your object hide or show.

200 objects on 1 chart - that is a lot

If the requirement is to have all of the charts on 1 sheet, then you will need to use the minimize/maximize functionality of the objects and also conditional shows based on variables that can be set when the user clicks on something (actions in buttons and text boxes are great for this)

You could look into using contains but only show one object at a time but have the container contain multiple objects

can you possibly post a screen sample or 2 of what the sheet looks like and that may help us provide some ideas?

not clear what exactly is your issue

1) instead of having all object in a single sheet  you can move few object to different sheet and conditionally triggers those sheet based on selections

2) and within a sheet there are several way you can hide these object

3) if you are using same object just use simple if conditions or conditionally hide the expression based on selection of list box which may reduce the object count

hope it help
