Remove Parent Hierarchy row

Hi Friends,

I have created one hierarchy using Hierarchy function , and getting correct hierarchy , but my concern is in below table ,

I dont want the parent row repeating , like where the hierarchy end for particular level , one more row is coming for parent highlighted below ,

I dont want those rows , how can i achieve that .

If it's just the table you're concerned about, you could chec "Suppress When Value is Null on the Country-dimension.
