Replace values??

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me with  replacing the filed values in Elkview from the external excel file?

Please find attached QVW and excel.

There are many ways

1 : You can use apply map (for details see in help menu)

or

2 : join both table then take whichever column you want to display

Hi Nicholas,

Maybe the Capitalize function is what you need on this occasion?

Capitalize('APplE') = 'Apple'

Thanks for reply.

But in the real excel we have different names.

For example APple in qlikview but in excel its Apl.. I cant just use Capitalize.

I am unable to do it because there is no common filed between excel file and Qlikview table.

Is there another way without using apply map?
