Replicating excel formula in Qlik

Hi,

Overall Incidents (Column AJ) is calculated column in Excel, below formula is used  in excel to calculate this.Could you please help how we can replicate this in Qlik Sense

This is the formula used in excel.. how we can replicate same in qlik
